Hoshinami 星浪 (Wave from Stars)

This piece remarks LIGO (Laser Interferometer Gravitational wave Observatory)'s first detection of gravitational wave created by a binary neutron star system. (case GW170817)  Nobel Prize in Physics was awarded to this accomplishment in 2017.  The artform is Ukiyo-e, a traditional Japanese woodprinting skill. Famous for the iconic "the Great Wave off Kanagawa" by Hokusai, Ukiyo-e art is a perfect media capturing dynamic property of relatively abstract subjects.
